Carol has been a practicing Interior Designer for 28 years, focusing on residential interiors since 2005 as Principal of Carol Reed Interior Design Inc. Her work has been featured in Canadian House & Home, Style at Home and Canadian Home Trends magazines among others and frequently contributes as a design expert for their various editorial content. Honoured to be included in House & Home Magazines inaugural Top 100 Canadian Designers list.

As an alternate to the traditional full-service approach typically undertaken for project work, in 2005 Carol began offering e-design services to interested clients. Soon with growing demand a separate dedicated website, TheDesignShop was created solely for online design services, developed with a unique and comprehensive online process. These virtual services were geared to remotely assist those with both smaller scale renos and DIY budgets - no mater where they lived.

Carol was the first and only professional Interior Designer in Canada at the time to offer virtual design services to homeowners and that were beyond just decor mood boards. Over the past 17 years we’ve virtually redesigned spaces for hundreds of home owners across North America and as far away as Australia.
