We space plan your new bathroom design to your approval then develop the floor plan further by designing each wall in elevation which illustrates cabinetry configuration, tub/shower enclosure and surround, vanity countertop, shower sills and niche placement, backsplash placement and type, faucet/controls and hardware placement, wall sconce and pendant light placement, wall materials, trim, mirror and wall mounted accesories. Additionally, elevations depict sink and tap placement and how they integrate into the vanity design. The elevations are dimensioned, to scale, and reflect the existing and/or proposed architectural elements of the space such as windows, doors, bulkheads and beams. Plans and Elevations are 2D in black and white.

Upon request a partial credit may be issued for cancellation of services after measure has been received and work has begun

All completed packages include one round of tweaks and q&a’s within 2 weeks of delivery
Delivery lead times published are estimates and may fluctuate. Lead times will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit or prepayment
Lead times quoted are from receipt of room measure
Room measure and surveys must be received within with 7 days of order to secure your place in our schedule and your estimated delivery date
